03 / Why us

Why Api & Garam

01

Everything over real charcoal

No gas burners hiding behind the glass. The smoke is the seasoning.

02

Portions that feed the table

The family platter is built for five and mentioned by name in dozens of reviews.

03

The queue moves

Weekend queues are real, and reviews say tables turn faster than promised.

04

Comfortable with families

Long tables, booster seats, and skewers grilled longer on request for small eaters.

05 / About

The house

Api & Garam opened in TTDI in 2019 with one idea: real charcoal, coarse salt, and meat good enough not to hide. The grill runs in an open kitchen behind glass, the tables are long enough for families, and the kitchen is pork-free. On weekends there is a queue. Reviews say it moves faster than promised, and that the chicken skin is the reason people come back.
